Crazy weather and Mushroom & Charred Tomato Soup..my style..
Mumbai weather acting crazy past couple of days...hot mornings to foggy afternoons to rains and thunderinggggg...really scary...lightning too.. Current weather is a bit cool in the evenings..so made soup. Its a very winter kind of soup and a complete meal in itself. Its my experiment with charred tomatoes in a regular mushroom soup. We had it w ith bread croutons also made at home with store bought bread.... My husband has given it full marks.
